A versatile cleat easily mounts to a stanchion or rail 7/8″ or 1″ diameter. Construction consists of a husky stainless steel bracket and clamp with a 4-1/2″ anodized aluminum cleat. Installs easily with a screwdriver. Perfect for fenders, radar reflectors or flag halyards.
