Polastorm 13×17 aluminum 4-blade propellers are currently manufactured using aerospace casting technology, which boasts hybrid castings made of titanium, aluminum, and strontium that are far stronger and longer-lasting than ever. The squeezes casting props while producing 280 MPA tensile and 220 MPA yield strength, which is substantially stronger than conventional die-casting. Using unique anti-corrosive coating powder from AkzoNobel, propellers are robotically powder-coated. Its environmental safety is more significant than that. Props are created using the OEM blade geometry and include the proper cupping and camber. Excellent bow lift, acceleration, peak speed, slip reduction, and bite enhancement.
