Suitable for a wide range of rigging applications. The Bow shackles have a proportionally greater length for rigging applications with bi-directional loads, resulting in a high strength-to-weight ratio. A screw pin is used to close these shackles. They’re ideal for rigging applications that require frequent joining and disconnection because the screw pin can b removed quickly from the shackle body. Cast shackles do not load at a constant rate.
