We Manufacture a wide range of buckles for different applications, from safety harnesses to covers. The frames are manufactured from marine grade 316 stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance. Certificates of conformity are available for all of our buckles on request. The Over moulded buckle range has a marine grade 316 stainless steel frame with a plastic sliding bar. Rather than being welded at the join the buckles is over moulded with plastic to give a textured plastic surface. This can be used in 2 ways, the stitched webbing can be attached to the plastic end or the stainless steel frame end. As the part isn’t welded it does not have high breaking loads like others in our range.
