Sierra’s 18-2381 Upper Drive Unit Cap is designed for use with Mercruiser Alpha I stern drives (s/n 6225577 & later), except Alpha Gen II. The package includes (1) Cap, (1) Sierra 18-2283 Shim Set, and (1) Sierra 18-1165 Tapered Roller Bearing. It is interchangeable with Mallory 9-78121, GLM 28400, and Mercruiser Stern Drive 94998A1, 94998A2, 94998A3, and 94998A4. Each Sierra product meets or exceeds the original equipment part it replaces.
