Sierra’s 18-5879 Solenoid is designed for use in Yamaha 40 HP (1984-1988), 50 HP (1984-1988), 60 HP (2001-2006), 70 HP (1991-2009) and 90 HP (1984-1991) 2-Stroke outboard engines. It is interchangeable with Yamaha Outboard 688-81941-00-00 and 688-81950-10-00. Each Sierra product meets or exceeds the original equipment part it replaces.
