Flush mount rod holder from Whitecap Industries. Under deck mounting, no visible mounting hardware on flange. 3/4″ threaded drain hole accepts 3/4″ fitting (pipe-to-hose barb) Can use 3/4″ x 1/4″, 3/4″ x 3/8″ etc. Mounting Hardware – Backing plate, washer, and 3 lock-nuts.
